Bob Doucette has been an innovative and successful real estate developer in the Syracuse area for the past 28 years. He is guided by certain personal values and principles that are incorporated in all of his projects. The first principle is a belief that integration is favored over segregation. He does not support projects that separate people by any human characteristic be it race, ethnicity, or age. Secondly, he believes in conserving resources to every degree possible. Land, water, energy and reduction of our carbon footprint are goals of this project. In addition, the project will utilize existing infrastructure within the city that can be accessed by public transportation, bicycle, foot as well as the automobile. Third, as with previous work, this project respects the end user by providing real value. Along with Harmony architects, materials and building systems have been utilized that will not only last but also create a unique and comfortable place to live, a place to call “home”. Bob’s mission is to create structures that he can point to with pride. Lastly, he believes strongly that you can only be as good as the team behind you.

Steve Case – Steve Case is founder and partner of Acropolis Development and Realty Group. Steve has earned a BS in Economics from Bucknell University and an MBA from Syracuse University. After spending years in the real estate industry, Steve wanted to branch off and start his own company. Before starting Acropolis Development, Steve served as the Senior Leasing Director for Paramount Realty where he sold, leased, and managed over half a million square feet of commercial and residential space. In addition to his focus on sales and leasing, Steve has been an active member of local developments such as Isabella Lofts, Whitney Lofts, and more. Steve also serves as an adjunct professor at Syracuse University Whitman School of Management teaching in the real estate department.

Steve resides in Outer Comstock. He loves the Syracuse area and everything that the region has to offer. When he is not working, Steve enjoys spending time with his dog, golfing, and volunteering at the Ronald McDonald house.

Mark Antony Homes  – Mark DeAngelis, Jr. is a second generation builder born and bred into the family business. Mark takes high interest into detailed design and high quality finishes. With years of hands on work and mentoring from his father. Mark takes a key role in heading the units of operations and financial analysis and the in house sales division. Mark has a B.S. in Business Management from Le Moyne College and is a graduate of the Madden School of Business. Mark also holds his New York State Real Estate license. He currently resides with his wife and daughter in Onondaga Hill . Mark has been selected to be on the Board of Directors for the Central New York Home Builders Association. Mark has also been selected by the Central New York Business Journal for the 40 under Forty class of 2021, this is a prestigious award program for individuals selected across Central New York based on their business accomplishment and civil leadership.
