The 6.5 acre site has never been built upon. We shall make every attempt to retain as many trees as possible within the constraints of our building plan. The trees between you and your neighbor to the back of the site will be maintained for privacy. The site has been engineered to retain and absorb as much storm water as possible with the goal of alleviating strain on the municipal water system.
The project is located near entrances to route 81 one mile from the Syracuse University campus. It sits in the middle of a block bounded by Comstock, Vincent, Jamesville and Thurber avenues. It is a short distance from downtown. It has easy access to Centro and Syracuse University bus service.
